Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, quantities, descriptions, images, availability, pricing, and supporting documentation. However, minor differences in packaging, labeling, color, appearance, or presentation may occur between production batches.
Product images are provided for general reference and may not represent the exact batch or packaging received.
Certificates of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis are provided as batch-specific documentation of available testing information. Test results apply only to the batch identified on the corresponding certificate.
Certificates of Analysis do not constitute medical advice, regulatory approval, a warranty of suitability for a particular purpose, or authorization for human or animal use.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Aether Labs reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, legal concerns, or violations of these terms.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, opened, used, punctured, reconstituted, altered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.
Florida law addresses the disclosure of retail refund policies, making it important that your policy remain clearly visible before purchase.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or any Aether Labs product to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
